A Silly Sonnette

Mice and Men and Me, Gang Oft Agley

In Waterloo and Xanadu, Ms. Lulu

Du Pontoon discovered that her old

Doubloons were not the loonies she had thought,

But rather much sought after Looney Tunes

Cartoons.  Soon afterwards, she was ballooned

To Malibu where Vidal Sassoon’s Old

Saloon could offer her a Big Blue Moon

And Crooning Caribou with whom to spoon.

Ms. Weatherspoon of yon Khartoum, and Reverend

Moonshine did assume that Lulu needed

Two spittoons to make a boomerang.

With this big Boom, this Tale of Loo doth hang.

Suffice to say, in Mandalay and Schools

Of Thunder Bay, the pools of tools are cool.
