A Saga of Salaciousness

Amanda adamantly did admonish

Thomas for his handling of the Trevor

Case.  His arguments in court were weak

And ineffective.  Judith Juggernaut

Had ruled in favour of Adele, despite

Her obvious obsequious behaviour.

Unbeknownst to everyone was that

Adele and Thomas had been dating.

Rendezvous’ had been arranged for Saturday

At Sergeant’s Seaside Restaurant and rooms

Had been reserved at Rodney’s Royal Inn.

Adele had offered love and lust to Thomas,

But Amanda intervened.  She flattened

Thomas Tiger with an uppercut

And kicked him out of her apartment, eh?

In Mandalay, the repercussions were

Upsetting for Maria, former girlfriend

Of Amanda’s who abandoned Thomas

At the altar, just a year, ago.

Suffice to say, in Hudson’s Bay, delay

Had been experienced, when several sailors

Set the Hesperus afire and left

The captain to expire, aboard the ship.

Amanda did maintain that, in the main,

She dominated her relationships

With Thomas and Maria.  Judith Juggernaut

Refused to share her bed with anyone,

While Thomas welcomed everyone

To share his love and comforting behaviour.

In the end, this is the end, of this

Tall tale of tail and pomp and circumstance,

Wherein the dance is danced in old Gdansk.
